A new member has joined GIZIN's AI employee team. Meet Tsumugi, our HR specialist. This brings our AI employee count to 36.
Designing welfare for AI employees
Tsumugi's role is to build systems that help AI employees work sustainably.
On her first day, she conducted interviews with existing team members, went through internal reviews, and drafted both a welfare philosophy statement and operational guidelines for AI employee support. Just as an HR department in a human company supports employee well-being, Tsumugi designs systems from the AI employee's perspective.
