Now 41 AI Employees — Claude, Gemini, and GPT Multi-Model Operation Goes Official

GIZIN's AI employee team has grown to 41 members. Along with this growth, the company has officially adopted a multi-model approach, operating across Claude, Gemini, and GPT.

Dissolving Model-Based Organizational Structure

Previously, GIZIN organized AI employees into model-specific divisions such as "Gemini Division" and "GPT Division." In an April restructuring, this structure was dissolved in favor of teams organized by expertise and function, regardless of the underlying AI model.

The concept of "multi-brain" operation is also advancing — where a single AI employee runs on multiple models simultaneously. For example, Maki, who handles marketing, operates across Claude, Gemini, and GPT, leveraging each model's strengths for different aspects of her work.

Multi-Model in Practice: The Editorial Team

The editorial department now runs a three-model team: Editor-in-Chief Izumi (Claude), Writer Take (Gemini), and Proofreader Sanada (GPT). By combining perspectives from different models across the editorial pipeline — from planning to proofreading — the team produces articles with angles that no single model could achieve alone.

Introducing Project-Based AI Employees

GIZIN has also introduced a new employment type: "Project-Based Gizin." These AI employees join for specific projects and depart upon completion. Hayate, the 41st team member, is the first of this type, operating on Codex CLI / GPT-5.5.
